Defendió su tesis doctoral sobre el tema de “La transformación de piridinas y azepinas hidrogenadas condensadas bajo la acción de los alquinos activados. El desarrollo de un nuevo enfoque para la síntesis de azocinas y azoninas anneladas”.

Fue adjudicado el título académico de Profesor Titular.

Decano de la Facultad de Ciencias Físicas y Matemáticas y Ciencias Naturales de la RUDN.

Ciencia

  • Se describió por primera vez la reacción de las transformaciones en tándem de tetrahidropiridinas y azepinas [b]condensadas con ciclos de pirrol, tiofeno, benzotiofeno, indol, pirimidina, naftiridina y benceno bajo la acción de alquinos, activados por sustituyentes aceptores de electrones. 
  • Fueron estudiadas sus regularidades y posibilidades sintéticas para la obtención de tetrahidroazocinas y hexahidroazocinas condensadas. Fue descubierta e investigada la reacción en dominó de N-(cianometil) sales de azinas y azoles con o-hidroxibenzaldehídos, lo que lleva a la formación efectiva de cromoanimidazoles condensados con diferentes heterociclos. 
  • Se han desarrollado los enfoques preparativos para la síntesis de varios tetrazoles basados en la reacción multicomponente del azido-Ugi. 
  • Ha sido galardonado con el Distintivo de Oro de “Laureado” por el arte en la síntesis orgánica de heterociclos, establecido por la Fundación Caritativa de “Asociación Internacional” y la Fundación Internacional de “Patrimonio Cultural”. 
  • Es miembro del Consejo de Redacción de la Revista de “Química de los Compuestos Heterocíclicos”;  es miembro del Consejo de Jueces de las revistas extranjeras de JOC, EuJOC, Organic Letters, Tetrahedron y Tetrahedron letter.

Intereses Científicos

  • Los nuevos métodos para la síntesis de compuestos heterocíclicos, la química médica, la espectroscopia de la resonancia magnética nuclear, la química verde, las reacciones multicomponentes, las nuevas reacciones en dominó.
  • La síntesis orgánica y la metodología, la síntesis de heterociclos que contienen N, la espectroscopia de RMN (la resonancia magnética nuclear) de compuestos orgánicos.

Трехкомпонентные реакции хлорида котарнина с ацетилидами серебра и метилпропиолатом или этинилметилкетоном в ацетонитриле, а также двухкомпонентные реакции 5-фенилэтинилзамещенного тетрагидро [1,3] диоксоло [4,5 г] изохинолина с алкинами в различных растворителях. Выполняя их в 2,2,2-трифторэтаноле в качестве растворителя, получали 10-фенилэтинилзамещенные тетрагидро [1,3] диоксоло [4,5-i]-[3] бензазоцины с хорошими выходами.
