Se graduó en la Universidad de la Amistad de los Pueblos (la UDN) “P. Lumumba”, Facultad de Ciencias Físicas y Matemáticas y Ciencias Naturales, en la especialidad de “Química”.

1980

Es egresado de la escuela de postgrado, Departamento de Química Inorgánica de la UDN.

1981

Fue adjudicado el grado científico de Candidato a Doctor en Ciencias Químicas.  El tema de su tesis de candidato a doctor es la “Síntesis y estructura de los compuestos del complejo benz-2,1,3-tiadiazol con sales de algunos metales”. 

1986

Fue adjudicado el título académico de Profesor Asociado en el Departamento de Química General.

1995

Fue adjudicado el grado científico de Doctor en Ciencias Químicas. El tema de su tesis doctoral es “Complejos metálicos de los derivados biológicamente activos de dihidroisoquinolina, quinolina y algunos azoles. La síntesis, la estructura y las propiedades”.

Jefe del Departamento de Química General de la Facultad de Ciencias Físicas y Matemáticas y Ciencias Naturales de la RUDN.

Ciencia

  • Es especialista en el campo de la química de compuestos de coordinación de metales con ligandos orgánicos polifuncionales complejos.
  • El campo de intereses científicos: la síntesis, el estudio de la estructura y propiedades físico-químicas de los complejos de sales de metales de transición y no de transición con ligandos heterocíclicos polifuncionales biológicamente activos. 
  • Fue condecorado con la medalla de oro del Ministerio de Educación de la República de Armenia. 
  • Es Trabajador Honorario de la ciencia y la tecnología de la Federación de Rusia. 
  • Fue participante en la liquidación de consecuencias del desastre ocurrido en la Central Electronuclear de Chornóbyl.

Intereses Científicos

  • La síntesis y el establecimiento de las regularidades de formación y estructura electrónica y molecular de los compuestos de coordinación de sales de metales con ligandos heterocíclicos polifuncionales, que poseen la actividad farmacológica y pesticida. 
  • Se sintetizaron por primera vez alrededor de 150 nuevas sustancias anteriormente desconocidas. Su estructura y propiedades fueron estudiadas utilizando los más modernos métodos de investigación. Algunas de ellas, además de ser de interés teórico, han sido propuestas para futuras investigaciones con el fin de ser utilizadas como preparaciones y materiales biológicamente activos para la electrónica molecular.

Целью данного исследования было сравнительное исследование активности ферментов, поглощающих альдегид, в митохондриальной фракции мышцы бедра у неповрежденных и иммобилизованных крыс разного возраста. Было показано, что у 12-месячных (взрослых) крыс высокие базальные уровни альдегид дегидрогеназы, альдегидедуктазы и активности глутатионтрансферазы в митохондриальной фракции бедра мышц. Активность альдегид дегидрогеназы увеличивается во время стресса иммобилизации у взрослых крыс. Это изменение способствует повышению эффективности использования карбонильных продуктов свободнорадикального окисления в митохондриях скелетных мышц у 12-месячных крыс во время стресса. Иммобилизация старых и пубертатных крыс сопровождается метаболическими предпосылками, приводящими к накоплению эндогенных альдегидов в митохондриях и, как следствие, к повреждению мышечных волокон и усилению проявлений саркопении.

Спектр альдокеторедуктазы крови изучался на разных стадиях онтогенеза, чтобы выяснить роль пути восстановления в использовании карбонильных продуктов свободнорадикального окисления в модуляции чувствительности организма к разрушающему воздействию стресса в онтогенезе. В исследованиях выявлены возрастные изменения спектра альдокеторедуктазы в крови. Обнаружена аналогия структуры спектра альдокеторедуктазы у животных ранней зрелости и у старых крыс. Появление возрастной специфичности спектра альдокеторедуктазы в крови создает метаболические предпосылки для изменения эффективности использования карбонильных продуктов свободнорадикального окисления посредством их редуктивной трансформации.
